COVIDSafe Practice
Please do not attend practice if feeling unwell, but immediately see your General Practitioner.
Telehealth is an option for all clients.
Clients who are not vaccinated are welcomed only on telehealth.
Vaccinated clients seen face/face will be requested to sign a standard, COVIDSafe Informed Consent Form giving permission for face/face consultations.
All persons entering practice are requested to hand sanitise at bottom of stairs, maintain social distancing, and continue to wear their face mask throughout their attendance at CCPP.
